TechBrick FTC at the NJ FTC Tournament
The College of NJ, Feb 10, 2008

Our Robot is a big hit and we win the Amaze award. What a great day!
Thank you to Vince Frascella and his amazing NJ team of volunteers.

See the highlights below then explore the three photo albums and video from the navigation at the right.

Mark, Rachel, Matt, Amy, Brady, and Dalvin are now prepping for the MD FTC tournament on Jan 23, 2008.

What a great day!  40+ teams gathered to roll their 'bots out and compete with enthusiasm.

Our team of veterans and rookies wrung out their ' bot a bit more and finished in the middle of the field. Their overall approach was recognized with the AMAZE AWARD.

The AMAZE AWARD

During the course of the competition, judges may encounter a team whose unique efforts, performance, or dynamics merit recognition.  This judged award is given to the team that defies any award category.

Highlights of the Day

With award in hand, a tired, but happy, team, prepares to pack up and head out for dinner and home and start brainstorming for their final event in MD.
Thomas couldn't make it because he had the flu. So we wanted to make him feel as if he'd been there.
Team after team came by to see the amazing pickup mechanism.

See it in action in the video area.

We continued with our TechBrick Live webcasting with more than 100 total viewers from all over the country and the world.
