Events: January 2012: FTC 7 and 4234 at the US Naval Academy FTC Prelim.

On January 14, 2012, MD FIRST hosted one of 7 FTC prelims at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. 18 teams tackled the 2012 Bowled Over challenge. Our two TechBrick FTC teams, Team 7: The Tactical Sheep, and Team 4234: Plutonium Parrots, had a great day. Team 4234 finished 9th overall with a good day for the their bot. Team 7 finished 4th and was awarded the "Think Award" which earned them a place in the MD State Championship. They also scored the first magnetic ball score in Maryland.
